Dr. Alec Donelian is an endodontist who specializes in saving natural teeth. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University, then his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
He stayed at Columbia for his postgraduate training in endodontics, where he served as Chief Resident. He is trained in both nonsurgical and surgical endodontics, including root canal therapy, retreatment, and endodontic microsurgery.
Dr. Donelian is committed to patient-centered care and is especially skilled at helping patients who feel anxious about dental treatment. He takes time to explain each step, answers every question, and works to make treatment as pain-free and relaxing as possible. His goal is for every patient to leave feeling well cared for and confident in their treatment.
